The board of Schola Legem had introduced a new system of conducting the debates on 20 December 2022 before the discussion.
It was settled, that the main speech of each and every participant shall be limited to two minutes, during which the position on the subject of the debate is to be outlined and argumented.
Additionaly, the board of Schola Legem established the institution of “cards”, dividing into “ad rem” card and “ad personam” card, which are to be a a precaution against going off topic and controlling the participants and the course of the discussion.
Obtaining either four ad rem cards or two ad personam cards results in an exclusion from the debate.
During the debates a timer shall be placed in the visible place in order to control the time of the speeches.
